According to the parliamentarian, there are few such single fathers in Russia, therefore, according to the deputy, their early retirement will be a small loss for the budget, and a significant help for families.

“Fathers will be able to pay more attention directly to the upbringing of children.

This is exactly what children in incomplete families need most of all.

We must support such responsible fatherhood.

These fathers are heroes,” says Lantratova.

Irina Volynets, the former commissioner for children's rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, the founder of the National Parents' Committee, proposed to allow early retirement for single fathers with many children.

According to her, there are no benefits for early retirement for fathers with many children who raise children alone.

Such a decision, in her opinion, would be another measure of support for large families and would contribute to raising the status of paternity.
