In turn, the Director of the Al Muraqqabat Smart Police Station, Major General Ali Ghanem, confirmed that the center, which was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum on November 5, 2019, is the first traditional police station to be transformed into a smart center within the framework of the Dubai Police plan for the complete transformation into police stations. Smart operates 24 hours a day without human intervention.

He explained that the center provides 27 fully 100% smart services to members of the public in seven languages, and that the center has completed more than 100,000 transactions. Responding to emergencies up to a minute and a half, indicating that the center also obtained 99.8% in the public satisfaction rate, and 96.5% as the best friendly environment for people of determination, and that 105 delegations from different countries of the world have visited it since its inauguration to learn about this pioneering experience.
