Transporter-6 is the 200th orbital flight for SpaceX since the company was founded in 2002, while this is the 15th mission of the first stage of the Falcon 9.

In November 2020, SpaceX launched the first space mission by sending a Falcon 9 rocket to transport astronauts from the US Aeronautics and Space Agency (NASA) to the International Space Station, and called it “Crew 1”.

In April 2021, the company achieved a new record by reusing the "Falcon 9" rocket to transport NASA astronauts for the second time to the International Space Station as part of the "Crow 2" mission.

At that time, the four SpaceX astronauts rode in 3 white cars produced by Tesla, which is also owned by Elon Musk, who was present and gave a speech before the launch.

In a gesture to open the door to space tourism and the colonization of Mars and other planets in the future, SpaceX concluded contracts worth billions of dollars with NASA in 2014 to send manned missions to and from space.

According to SpaceX founder and CEO Elon Musk, the company aims to operate 100 flights in 2023.

SpaceX has launched 61 orbital missions in 2022, which is double the target number set by the company.
