This, according to RIA Novosti, was reported by the publication "STRANA.ua" with reference to the statement of the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Anna Malyar.
Malyar said that at the moment most of the Ukrainian army is made up of non-professional servicemen who have problems with combat capability and stamina.
“And we, as a morally mature society, must understand that, until recently, civilians go through an extremely difficult both moral and physical test of military realities,” she added.
Earlier, the Ukrainian ambassador to the UK, Vadim Prystaiko, admitted that Ukraine was losing people “left and right,” while Kyiv deliberately did not report its military losses.
