Nordanbäck in Nordmaling has the second most snow in the country

In the areas around Nordmaling and Örnsköldsvik, the snow has fallen in recent days.

An orange warning was issued over the weekend, but was lifted on Monday morning.

According to the rescue service in Nordmaling, it has been calm and they have not had more to do than normal - despite the snowfall.

- We haven't had any calls and haven't had to assist the home service, says Lars Kinnunen, rescue manager in Nordmaling.

Tore Lindgren in Nordanbäck has reported rainfall to SMHI for the past 15 years.

After the morning's report, the focus shifted to clearing the snow.
