It is reported that 50 Russian soldiers will be airlifted to Moscow for medical treatment and psychological recovery.
At the same time, Ukraine confirmed the news and said that as part of the agreement, Russia has also released 50 Ukrainian soldiers.
"Another successful exchange of prisoners of war. 50 Ukrainian soldiers went home," the head of Ukraine's presidential office, Andrey Yermak, tweeted.
"We have to bring all the soldiers home, and we're doing it, to be continued."
Yermak also posted photos of freed Ukrainian soldiers holding bags of food in front of their vehicles, and a video of the soldiers singing the Ukrainian national anthem together.
