A man urinates on a female passenger on a flight...and the police arrest him
New Delhi police on Saturday arrested a man who allegedly urinated on a passenger sitting next to him on an Air India flight, officials said.
The officials explained that the accused, identified as Shankar Mishra, was traced and arrested in Bengaluru through technical surveillance.
A New Delhi court referred Mishra to pre-trial detention for 14 days, according to the Press Trust of India news agency.
Mishra is said to have urinated on the woman, who is elderly, when the passenger was drunk in the business class flight from New York to Delhi on November 26 last year.
He was arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the woman with Air India.
