The case was sentenced in the Hong Kong District Court on the 7th, and the 10 defendants were sentenced to 50 to 52 months in prison.

  The 10 convicted defendants in this case are Ouyang Haoming, Zhai Bolong, Zhan Peilin, Chen Sijin, Zheng Taijun, Zhuang Zheng, Zhou Jiahui, Zhou Nuocheng, Jian Liran and Li Zixin.

The facts of the case refer to that on the night of November 18, 2019, a large number of demonstrators committed acts of disrupting social peace in the Yau Ma Tei area. The police subsequently rounded up and arrested 213 people for rioting, including the 10 defendants in this case. They were ruled by the court earlier Convicted.

  The case was sentenced in the District Court on the 7th, and the 10 defendants were sentenced to 50 to 52 months in prison.

  Later, when meeting with reporters, Senior Inspector Pan Chongli of the Kowloon East Regional Public Activities Investigation Team of the Hong Kong Police said that the police welcomed the sentencing, which reflected the importance of the case and believed it could serve as a deterrent.
