A 12-year-old child was still between life and death on Friday January 6 after falling or being defenestrated, following violence exerted by his stepfather against him and against his mother, in Champigny-sur-Marne in the Val-de-Marne.
The story took place on the evening of January 4, in the city of Bois-l'Abbé, where the family resides.
The police were called that night for domestic violence, and, arriving on the spot, their contact told them that a child had fallen from the 11th floor, according to a police source, confirming information from the newspaper

Once they arrive in the building, they discover a child covered in mud who is screaming to death.
The child is taken care of by the firefighters and the Samu, who diagnoses a vital prognosis.

The police find the child's trace in the mud at the bottom of the building and arrest the alcoholic stepfather, who explains that he had an argument with the mother.
She says her husband threatened her with death with a knife to her throat.

, which interviewed neighbors, the mother would have contacted them in a state of panic, shouting "Help me, help me, he hit my son and took my cell phone".
Then she would have descended to try to protect her two other children, two girls aged 4 and 5.
“That neighbor, he drinks a lot and is violent, he always looks askance at us,” these neighbors told the newspaper.
According to the deputy prosecutor of the Créteil prosecution, the investigation is still ongoing and has been entrusted to the judicial police.
