According to the diplomat, Moscow "does not have a genuine appetite to engage in dialogue and diplomacy" that will lead to a just and lasting peace.
In this regard, according to TASS, the United States is seeking to change Moscow's calculations by continuing to provide Ukraine with the necessary military assistance.
At the same time, the representative of the American Foreign Ministry noted that countries such as India can play a special role in resolving the conflict.
“We largely agree with India that restoring lasting peace to Ukraine is essential,” Price said.
He added that the US is "very closely engaged" with India "on what can be done to hold Russia accountable and impose additional costs" on the NWO.
Earlier, the State Department admitted that Russia was "using" a temporary truce to regroup troops.
