Among them, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Talent Cooperation Office, one of the cooperation projects, was inaugurated on the same day.

  The three parties signed contracts in Nansha, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Macau at the same time, and witnessed each other through live video.

Zhang Jiabing, director of the Organization Department of the Nansha District Committee, Luo Yong, chairman of the Hong Kong Talents and Professionals Association, and Gao Junhui, chairman of the Macau Professionals Development Association, signed the contract on behalf of the three parties.

  The cooperation framework agreement signed by the three parties proposes mutual establishment of talent cooperation offices, talent policy publicity and interpretation projects, international youth talent visiting and internship projects, joint research on talent collaborative development, holding talent exchange activities in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and talent training courses in the Greater Bay Area The first batch of 9 talent cooperation projects, including the joint advanced training project, the joint talent recruitment project in the Greater Bay Area, the promotion of the convergence of Guangdong, Hong Kong, Guangdong and Macao talent evaluation standards, and the joint establishment of the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Talent Collaboration Expert Advisory Committee.

  The first cooperation project that landed on the day was the establishment of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Talent Cooperation Offices in Hong Kong, Macau and Nansha.

The office will provide various services such as talent policy promotion, talent demand information, joint holding of talent exchange activities in the three places, and joint introduction of global talents for the three parties, so as to promote information exchange, exchange and cooperation.

  Nansha is a national talent management reform pilot zone and a Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao talent cooperation demonstration zone.

Regarding the employment of talents concerned by Hong Kong and Macao residents, Nansha has now recognized Hong Kong and Macao professionals in 13 professional fields, and successfully registered 55 Hong Kong engineering construction consulting companies and 253 Hong Kong professionals; it is the first in the country to employ 7 Hong Kong and Macao nationalities on a pilot basis An arbitrator for labor and personnel disputes; the "green channel" for talents to travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao is implemented, and it is more convenient for talents from Hong Kong and Macao to develop in Nansha.
