A father was sentenced to ten months in prison, six of which were suspended for two years, for violence against teachers by the Narbonne criminal court.
The facts had occurred in June 2022, within the grounds of the elementary school Mathieu Peyronne, at the time of leaving classes.
One of the teachers had been prescribed an ITT (total interruption of work) for a period of eight days.
This attack had caused a great stir, including many parents of students at this school located in the sub-prefecture of Aude.
The court followed the requisitions of the public prosecutor.
In addition to his conviction, the father of the family is prohibited from coming into contact with the victims and from appearing near the establishment.
