According to him, in the address, the United States expresses "solidarity with everyone who seeks to create a more peaceful future." 

“Even for these first-rate freaks, this is the height of cynicism and the limit of moral degradation,” wrote the deputy chairman of the Security Council.

He noted that the United States is spending tens of billions of dollars on the war in Ukraine, supplying a huge amount of its weapons and "exterminate thousands of people with the wrong hands."

“This is extreme cynicism in the best traditions of the Nazis,” Medvedev said.

He also stated that "this stillborn nonsense no longer affects anyone." 

Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov said that the results of the visit of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky “indicate that the United States continues its line of de facto and indirectly fighting with Russia to the last Ukrainian.”
