The Gard firefighters will no doubt remember this rather special intervention for a long time.
At the end of December, they saved, on the 7th floor of a building, in Nîmes (Gard), a python, missing for a fortnight.
The poor animal, which is a meter long, was actually… stuck in the toilet vent.
We don't know how he got there...
The snake was recovered by firefighters, with the assistance of the unit specializing in animal interventions at the Saint-Gilles rescue center.
The Gard Fire and Rescue Service shared a video of the python, visibly in great shape after its escapade in the meanders of the toilet ventilation.
