A physiotherapist based in Poilly-lez-Gien, near Montargis (Loiret), no longer has the right to practice.

Twelve complaints have been filed, according to the public prosecutor of Montargis.

A first patient filed a complaint last July.

The defendant had already been arrested in September before being released.

A search had been carried out at his home and in his office.

An investigation had also been opened.

It is still carried out by the gendarmerie of Gien.

Arrested a second time, the man was placed under judicial control.

He is forbidden to practice his profession and to come into contact with the complainants.

According to information from our colleagues, the latter denounced touching, friction and frequent pressure from the physiotherapist.
