2022 has become a thing of the past, and 2023 has already begun.

At the end of the year and the beginning of the year, looking back on the past year, what kind of experience do you have?

And how to define this special year?

She used "turning" and "change" to define the past 2022.

"At the beginning of last year, I had a serious illness and underwent two operations. During the sick leave, I had new thoughts and insights about life. After the rest, I returned to work soon, facing a stronger work rhythm and complexity. Instead, I no longer have greater physical and mental pressure, but start to learn to adjust and relax, to be open-minded and relieved. I obviously feel that my heart is stronger and my mentality has changed significantly.”

Zhou Chengmiao, who works in a public institution, is 33 years old in the new year. She said that 2022 is a year of growth.

"As the business backbone of the team, I have undertaken many tough tasks and achieved results and breakthroughs. I have greatly improved my business and social skills." Zhou Chengmiao said that she used to be a "workaholic". Working overtime, not eating and drinking on time, and refusing to socialize, work takes up a lot of leisure time, ignores the quality of life, and makes the body overwhelmed.

"Because of the epidemic, many times in 2022 I will work online, which also makes me think more about how to balance work and life. I understand that many things cannot be done overnight, and I have to go with the flow, grasp the rhythm, and relax my mind."

Wei Fei has been engaged in social work after graduation, and now leads a team to start a business.

Looking back on the past year, he defined it with "twists and turns" and "growth".

"In 2022, I encountered a lot of things at work. For example, there was a period of time when the organization's business volume was not much, and the team's operation was under great financial pressure. There was a dilemma in the survival of the organization and the retention of employees. I continued to reflect on adjustments and optimization. He took the initiative to change the management mechanism, and later encountered new opportunities. The organization was revived and even doubled its business volume. It is currently exploring fields such as medical social work, sustainable community development, and community public space creation. Looking back at 2022, The development of the organization is like a roller coaster, and it has finally achieved substantial progress. I have learned a lot, gained and grown even more.”
