A young man was the victim of an attack in La Courneuve (Seine-Saint-Denis) on the night of Monday to Tuesday.
According to police information relayed by

, he was attacked by five men who wanted to steal his mobile phone.
The facts took place shortly after midnight at the exit of a metro station.
While returning home, the victim found himself surrounded by five men.
They allegedly ordered him to hand over his mobile phone.
After refusing, the young man was allegedly sprayed with tear gas.
He was then allegedly stabbed in the chest.
Seriously injured, he managed to get to a restaurant whose manager alerted the fire department.
The victim was taken care of on the spot and taken to the hospital with a vital prognosis.
The five men managed to escape.
An investigation for intentional violence in a meeting with a weapon has been opened by the Bobigny prosecution.
The investigations were entrusted to the La Courneuve police station.
