Pushilin noted that "the president has made a decision to award six people."

“But there will be many more such guys,” the head of the republic added.

Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the main reason for the death of Russian servicemen in Makeevka is the use of mobile phones, whose signals were able to locate the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The death toll of the Russian military as a result of a strike by Ukraine on the settlement of Makeevka has risen to 89.
