Here you go - towards red: "Thought it was a Christmas sign"

Every day, around 17,000 pedestrians cross the crossing at Odenplan.

In 2021, roughly 3,100 people were injured in traffic in the city of Stockholm, and a quarter of these were pedestrians.

The traffic light remains

According to the traffic office, approximately one serious accident a year occurs at Odenplan.

Even if the test is over, the bright red lights will remain to see if accidents decrease in the longer term.
