A report that an overseas airline conducted a body evaluation in underwear while hiring a female flight attendant has caused a stir.



The British daily Telegraph reported that Kuwait Airways, the national airline of Kuwait, conducted a physical evaluation of female candidates wearing only underwear during a flight attendant recruitment event in Spain last November.



Women who participated dreaming of becoming flight attendants had to go through a physical evaluation process twice in order to get a job.



The first evaluation was led by a male judge, who eliminated candidates with noticeable scars or overweight. .



One woman who participated in the event said, "She felt like a zoo animal when the judges wrote something of hers."



It is said that the recruitment event announcement stated the height and weight conditions of flight attendant candidates.
