The Israeli Border Police announced, on Tuesday evening, the opening of an investigation into the "forgetfulness" of one of its soldiers inside a Palestinian town in the central West Bank, after an operation during which they arrested 3 Palestinians.
And on social media, Palestinians broadcast a video clip showing a lost Israeli soldier walking alone in extreme anticipation and caution inside the town of Al-Ram (south of Ramallah).
The Israeli Border Police said - in a statement - that as part of the operation, the forces ambushed demonstrators who threw stones at their forces, and arrested 3 suspects, according to the "Kan" channel affiliated with the official Israeli Broadcasting Corporation.

reported Palestinian reports that the Israeli army forces "forgot" a female soldier in the village of Al-Ram, south of Ramallah, after the forces arrested a Palestinian in the area.

Regarding the incident of the female soldier, she stated that in the documentation circulating on social media, a female soldier from the Border Guard appears to be alone in the field.
And she continued, "We indicate, according to a preliminary investigation, that a border guard force was close to the female soldier and had visual contact with her. The commander of the border guards, Amir Cohen, ordered an immediate and extensive investigation into the incident."
During 2022, Israel arrested about 7,000 Palestinians in the West Bank, and its forces killed 171 others, according to a human rights report and the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
