The men are guilty of unlawful possession of contraband and unlawful possession of excise goods.

The one man is also guilty of breaking the law on electronic communications when he had a jammer with him.

Alcohol and cigarettes

When the men were arrested on the night of November 29 last year in Åre, the police found nearly 100 liters of alcohol.

It involved vodka, whiskey and cognac.

There were also 23,620 cigarettes in the car.

As for the jamming transmitter, one man says that he did not know what it was.

Both men are sentenced to two months in prison by the Östersund district court.
