In particular, the head of state instructed the Russian government and the heads of regions to take measures to organize a “one-stop-shop” regime so that the members of the NWO who were wounded during the special operation, as well as family members of the dead participants in the special operation, could receive the documents necessary to provide the rights established by law, benefits, social guarantees and compensations.
Putin instructed to submit a report on this issue by April 1.
In addition, the president instructed the Ministry of Defense to report by February 1 on providing the participants in the special military operation to protect Donbass with weapons and equipment.
