In her report to JO, she believes that Laholm's municipality did not take into account risks that exist for children when the street lights were turned off.

In the decision, the judicial ombudsman Per Lennerbrant writes:

"I have taken note of your complaints and concluded that they do not warrant any action or statement on my part.
