JO does not proceed with the notification about Laholm's street lighting

The fact that Laholm's municipality has already turned on the street lights after the criticism considers the mother of young children a success.

- They have promised to carry out a thorough risk and impact analysis before a new decision is made.

So at the moment I'm tentatively satisfied, says Karolina Borg to SVT.

In her report to JO, she believes that Laholm's municipality did not take into account risks that exist for children when the street lights were turned off.

In the decision, the judicial ombudsman Per Lennerbrant writes:

"I have taken note of your complaints and concluded that they do not warrant any action or statement on my part.

This means that I will not proceed with your application.”
