The National Police have arrested a minor in

accused of sexually assaulting and recording a classmate, also a minor, in a communal area of ​​a building in the Balearic capital.

The Family and Women's Care Unit (UFAM) began an investigation in mid-December after the victim reported that she had maintained a

with a boy, a classmate, and that little by little they began to have feelings between them, the police force has reported in a note.

The minors remained and the meeting took place without any problem, according to the Police.

They entered a community room in a building where they were chatting until, at one point, the boy groped her, which she refused.

The minor denounced that the young man grabbed her arms with force and

recorded her during the assault and insisted that she could not tell anything about what happened.

For this reason, the UFAM opened an investigation to clarify the facts and last week the alleged perpetrator of a crime of sexual assault was arrested.
