“Today, on Palace Square, an unknown person tried to saddle a horse harnessed to a carriage.

The animal was frightened, threw off the rider and rushed into the crowd.

According to preliminary data, three people were injured as a result of the incident, two of whom are children,” the statement said.

In July, the prosecutor's office of the Moscow region stated that in Mytishchi, a monkey attacked a child on the street.
