Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov addressed a letter in Russian to Russian citizens inviting them to leave their country before Moscow announces a new wave of mobilization, according to his expectations, as he saw that Russia lost the war, but it could not admit it.

Reznikov said, "I address my words to the citizens of Russia, especially residents of large cities who are classified as capable of military service: You still have time. The authorities of your country will close the borders and announce a new mobilization next January."

He continued, "10 months ago, the authorities of your country announced a quick and inexpensive military operation, but the flagship ship of the Russian fleet was destroyed, and the planes on the territory of Russian airports were also destroyed."

The Ukrainian Defense Minister claimed that the losses of the Russian forces exceed 100 thousand dead, and therefore Moscow needs to mobilize again, he said.

He added, "Six months ago, the Russian army attacked the small city of Bakhmut, to no avail, and thousands of Russian fighters were forced to withdraw from Kherson towards the bank of the Dnieper River. Russia lost the war, but it cannot admit that."

Oleksii Reznikov recorded an amazing appeal to the Russian civilians that are facing the upcoming mobilisation.

Urging them to use their head, think and flee the country and tell them the bitter truth about what the Kremlin is doing.

In the developments of the fighting in the Donetsk region, located in the same region, the Ukrainian army said that it had responded to the attacks of the Russian forces on the Bakhmut and Solidar fronts.
