“At the request of Yerevan, this process was coordinated by the French, who ignored the vast majority of our proposals, while taking into account the corrections of other members of the Security Council,” Polyansky wrote, adding that the “uncleanliness” of these French methods is obvious.

According to him, Russia, unlike the West, "not in words, but in deeds" is engaged in the settlement of the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, including around the Lachin corridor.

On December 30, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported that Moscow was concerned about the lack of progress in restoring the functioning of the Lachin corridor for the movement of citizens, transport and goods.

They added that the leadership of the Russian peacekeeping contingent continues to take consistent steps to resolve this situation.
