It is noted that Washington is concerned about the rapprochement between Moscow and Beijing against the backdrop of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

Earlier, Russian leader Vladimir Putin, in talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping via video link, said that geopolitical tensions had cemented the partnership between Russia and China.
The Chinese leader announced Beijing's readiness to work with Moscow to counter the policy of unilateral action.
