It was on August 1 that the plaintiff woman woke up to loud knocking on her door.
When she opened it, she was attacked by the other woman with repeated punches and kicks to the head.
The accused woman, who is under the age of 18, pulled the victim's hair so that she fell to the floor and the assault continued while screaming that she was going to kill her.
Youth services and five-figure damages
In the district court's judgment, it appears that the versions of those involved diverge.
But the defendant admits that she attacked, but not to the same extent as the plaintiff describes.
Luleå district court sentences the young woman for assault and illegal threats with the penalty of 45 hours of youth service.
She must also pay SEK 20,000 in damages to the crime victim.
