Moscow does not consider the existence of any peace plan for Ukraine possible if it does not take into account that the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, as well as the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, are part of the Russian Federation.

This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.

“There can be no peace plan for Ukraine that does not take into account today's realities - with Russian territory, with four new regions joining Russia.

No plan that does not take these realities into account can claim to be peaceful,” Peskov said.

Recall that in mid-November, Volodymyr Zelensky, during an online speech at the G20 summit, listed ten conditions for the “Ukrainian peace formula”.

Among them, in particular, the withdrawal of Russian troops and the cessation of hostilities, as well as the restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

He also indicated that the Kyiv regime would not enter into new Minsk agreements (“Minsk-3”) with Moscow.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Zelensky's team is currently working on a plan for the first anniversary of the start of the NWO.

His points will be presented to the public in February.

In the same month, the Ukrainian side intends to hold a kind of "peace summit" at the UN platform, dedicated to resolving the situation.

At the same time, Kyiv expects that UN Secretary General António Guterres will act as an intermediary.

“We believe that the best venue for this summit could be the UN site, because here it is not a question of doing a favor to some country.

Here the question is really to involve everyone,” said Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba in an interview with AP.

Dmitry Polyansky, First Deputy Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN, reacted to the initiative of the Kyiv regime in his Telegram channel.

“What can be a “peace summit” without Russia?

It’s very easy to imagine it without Ukraine,” the diplomat said.

“The settlement of the conflict is possible with a sound assessment from Zelensky”

Member of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs Dmitry Belik, in a conversation with RT, noted that the words about peace from the lips of representatives of the Kyiv regime are false and a big deception, since they remain deaf and blind to current realities.

“The understanding of the world in the neo-Nazi mind of Zelensky and his clique has nothing to do with reality.

He can refine and rework this plan, look for different venues and mediators around the world for its next presentation, but the conflict can be resolved with a sound assessment of the current situation, which Zelensky does not demonstrate by putting forward absurd demands and, with the encouragement of the West, taking steps not "to the resumption of peace ”, but leading to escalation,” the parliamentarian explained.

In turn, political scientist Ruslan Balbek stressed that the position of the Ukrainian side is to drag out hostilities with the involvement of funds from Western countries.

“Ukraine’s plan is the impudence of an overspent bandit who is trying to go all-in, and with an empty pocket,” the RT interlocutor added.

On October 5, Vladimir Putin signed four federal constitutional laws on joining the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, as well as the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, into the Russian Federation.

Along with this, the head of state signed the relevant laws on ratification.

Taking into account these decisions, there are now 89 subjects in the Russian Federation.

On December 20, the head of state called for maximum protection for residents of new regions of the Russian Federation.

“The people living there, the citizens of Russia, are hoping for you, for your protection.

And it is your duty to do everything necessary to maximize their security, respect for their rights and freedoms,” the President of Russia said, addressing security officials.
