As noted in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the incident occurred the night before, at 23:14, information was received about a violation of public order in an institution on Leninskaya Sloboda Street.
“According to preliminary data, there was a conflict between two citizens, which escalated into a brawl.
A number of citizens were taken to the police department for investigation.
There were no casualties.
No applications have been received from citizens,” the agency was told.
An administrative report on petty hooliganism was drawn up against one of the detainees, the report said.
