“Establish that during the period of a special military operation ... military personnel, employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, persons serving in the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation ... do not provide such information,” the decree says.
In September, Putin spoke about decisions to increase the salaries of law enforcement officers at a rate of 9% per year over the next two years.
Also in 2023, the salaries of the military and law enforcement officers will be indexed by 5%.
