“On December 31, 2022, Mikhail Zadornov, Dmitry Levin, Nadiya Cherkasova, Svetlana Emelyanova, Natalya Smirnova, Viktor Nikolaev and Irina Kremleva are leaving the board of Otkritie Bank,” TASS said in a statement.
Earlier, the Central Bank withdrew from the capital of PJSC Bank FC Otkritie and transferred 100% of the shares to VTB Bank.
In April, US authorities imposed sanctions on Mikhail Zadornov, chairman of the board of Otkritie Bank.
In addition, the European Union, as part of the fifth package of anti-Russian restrictions, froze the assets of Otkritie Bank.
