The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry said this in an interview with RIA Novosti.

Lavrov noted the obviousness of Ukraine's unpreparedness for dialogue.

“By putting forward all sorts of ideas and “formulas of peace,” Zelensky cherishes the illusion of achieving, with the help of the West, the withdrawal of our troops from the Russian territory of Donbass, Crimea, Zaporozhye and the Kherson region, the payment of reparations by Russia, and a confession to international tribunals,” the diplomat said.

Lavrov stressed that the Russian side does not intend to negotiate under such conditions.

Earlier, Zelensky called the goal of Kyiv in the conflict with Russia, which is "to restore the territorial integrity of Ukraine and the release of all those who are in captivity."
