The ex-general also added that Russia is changing the situation on the battlefield.
Earlier, a former adviser to the head of the Pentagon, Colonel Douglas McGregor, said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had suffered enormous losses, therefore they were sending teenagers to the front line.
