Ewa in Kungsbacka had a firework piece thrown at her car - "Unpleasant"

- I thought it was unpleasant because it could have hit the car or a person, says Ewa Wingbro Andersdotter.

Leine Holmblad from Onsala has three cats who are very afraid of fireworks and in recent days the cats have felt bad when firecrackers were set off in the area.

Now she calls for fireworks to be set off only at twelve o'clock on New Year's Eve.

Permission required

Since 2002, a permit has been required to set off fireworks, and since 2015 special training has also been required, according to the Norwegian Agency for Community Safety and Emergency Preparedness, MSB.
