A history-geography teacher from a high school in Creil (Oise) already indicted in 2021 for "sexual attack", "aggravated corruption of minors" and "sexual harassment" is now also accused of having raped a high school student in 2002. A 36-year-old woman filed a complaint last Thursday, reports

She denounced facts that would have been committed when she was 16 years old.
She said the teacher noticed her because of her good grades and gained her trust.
He had invited her to his home to talk about his violent family but then allegedly raped her.
“I refuse to bequeath my past to my daughters as a legacy,” explained the 30-year-old, who filed a complaint after discovering the other charges against the teacher.
Now 50 years old, the latter has been the subject of an investigation for sexual abuse of minors since last year.
Child pornography content was also found at his home.
The public prosecutor of Senlis (Oise) indicated that the investigations were continuing.
The professor was suspended as a precaution in August 2021, recalled the academy of Amiens (Somme).
