“As of 10:30 (11:30 Moscow time) we have partial blackouts in Donetsk, Kharkiv, Sumy, Kyiv, Lviv and Zhytomyr regions,” the Telegram message says.
According to the company, eight trains are running with a delay of more than 30 minutes.
Earlier it was reported that emergency blackouts occur in Kyiv, Odessa and Dnipropetrovsk regions of Ukraine.
