Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that Kyiv wants to hold a UN peace summit by the end of February.
According to him, Russia should have been invited to this event after the supposedly necessary international court.
Dmitry Polyansky, First Deputy Representative of Russia to the UN, said that a "peace summit" without Russia's participation in it is impossible.
