Russian President Vladimir Putin presented an "unconventional" gift to the leaders of the CIS countries, bearing the symbol of the nine CIS countries and congratulating them on the New Year 2023.

This came during the meeting of the informal summit of the CIS countries called for by the Russian President in St. Petersburg, and it was represented in a white and yellow gold ring bearing the name of the country in which the summit was held, which is Russia.

Russia Today reported that Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, a close ally of Putin, immediately put the ring on his finger.

Lukashenka, as the main henchman, said "yes" to Putin and put on his ring for a meeting with other dictators.
