The UN announced the readiness of Guterres to act as a mediator in the conflict in Ukraine

“As the Secretary General has said many times in the past, he can only mediate if all parties want him to mediate,” RIA Novosti reported.

Earlier, the head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dmitry Kuleba, said that Kyiv wants to hold a peace summit at the UN by the end of February.
