The death toll from a bus crash in a river in Spain has risen to 7
The death toll from the horrific bus accident in northwest Spain has risen to seven, after the body of a woman whose presence was not confirmed on board was found.
On Christmas Eve, the bus fell dozens of meters into a river from a bridge in the small town of Serdido-Cotopad in Galicia, not far from the border with Portugal.
Two people survived the accident, the sixty-year-old driver and a female passenger, both of whom are in hospital. Rescue personnel also found the bodies of six other passengers, bringing the total death toll to 7 so far.
