“Rent has fallen and is no longer in demand.

This means that migrants - and there were 400,000 of them - are starting to leave Kyiv.

Kyiv is gradually turning, thanks to Klitschko and all the other Zelenskys, Yermaks, Shmygals, into a ghost town,” Soskin said.

According to him, the economy of the country and the city is in decline, in connection with which he himself urges to actively leave and not stay "in ghost towns."

Earlier in Ukraine, new emergency blackouts were reported in Kyiv.
