The suspect in the "Paris attack" admits that he hates foreigners and immigrants

French prosecutors announced today, Sunday, that the man who confessed to killing three Kurds on Friday in Paris had initially intended to “assassinate migrants” in a town north of the capital with a large number of residents of foreign origin, motivated by “pathological hatred.”

Yesterday, the Public Prosecution Office lifted the detention order for the 69-year-old man for health reasons, and he was transferred to the psychiatric clinic at the police headquarters.

Shortly after his arrest, the shooter told the police that he had done so because he was a "racist".

Paris Prosecutor Laurie Bekoua revealed in a statement that while he was in police custody, he admitted that he had "xenophobia, which has become a pathological condition since his house was burgled in 2016."

The suspect described himself as "depressed and suicidal," and said, "But before committing suicide, I have always wanted to kill foreign immigrants since this robbery."
