It is noted that Tokayev congratulated Aliyev on his birthday and wished him well-being and further success.
“The President of Kazakhstan expressed his firm commitment to the course of further development of cooperation with fraternal Azerbaijan in the spirit of friendship and good neighborliness,” Tokayev’s press service said in a statement.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin held telephone conversations with Aliyev.
