The details of the idea were told by the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Tourism and Tourism Infrastructure Development Sangadzhi Tarbaev.
“At the last meeting with the Ministry of Finance, we agreed that they would reserve funds so that we could provide for a children's cashback, at least for the time being within one group of citizens,” the deputy said.
The Ministry of Finance reserved the funds, now the ministry is waiting for a formulated proposal, he noted.
“We presented it as a children's cashback for the children of those military personnel who are in the zones of a special military operation, at least to begin with.
I think it was heard,” Tarbaev said.
Later, such cashback can be extended to other groups of minors, he stressed.
Igor Levitin, an aide to the President of Russia, had previously proposed abandoning the word “cashback” and replacing it, for example, with “return.rf.”
