The Hungarian Defense Ministry announced the achievement of the operational readiness of the NATO battle group

The statement of the defense department of Hungary leads RIA Novosti.

It says that one of the NATO battle groups was created on the territory of the country under the leadership of the Hungarian side. 

It is noted that by the end of September, she "has already reached full operational readiness for deployment."

Earlier, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto called on NATO countries not to close communication channels with Russia.
