The document assumes that the personnel of the fire brigade, the fire service employee and representatives of the voluntary fire brigade can be exempted from liability for causing harm to the health of rescued people, other firefighters, as well as for causing material damage if this was done under conditions of justified risk and emergency.
It is also noted that firefighters should not exceed the limits of extreme necessity.
The law will be sent for signature to the head of state.
