The divergence of the positions of India and Pakistan on the Ukraine file

Regarding Washington's position on Pakistan's relationship with India, Aparna Pandey, a researcher and fellow at the Hudson Institute, said that the United States wants balanced relations between the two parties and does not want a conflict to break out between them, but it always finds it difficult to improve their relations with each other, and described their current situation as a state of peace. cold.

Pandey considered - in her interview with the "From Washington" program - that India is a strategic ally of the United States, while the Americans have resentment against Pakistan and have a perception of it as a "friend of the enemy" because of its support for a group that fought America during the American presence in Afghanistan.
